Spring Training

Have you planned any Spring cycle training in Spain? Hill repeats? Endurance tempo rides? Or just getting miles in the legs? We’ve got everything right on our doorstep with BudVelo sunshine cycling!

If you have specific race training to undertake, or a sportive that you’re training for, then we can provide you with routes so you can hit the numbers you’re looking for.

The triangle rides down to the coast and back up are ideal for short sprint efforts, whereas the route out to Sedella gives some >10% gradients to really test those legs against the mountain. (See Local Climbs)

Alternatively, head for a grand day out and take in the near 20 miles of climbing from sea level up to the top of the Ruta de Cabra as part of a 100+ mile ride.

Have a look at the Rides to get an idea of what’s available when you come to stay with us.
